Spending Xmas at this hotel was really fun! I loved the cozy atmosphere and the delicious food. They had a lot of variety and I especially loved the desserts. the location was great, it was so easy to access the ski slopes and enjoy the winter wonderland. the staff were really friendly and accommodating, they made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
There were a few issues that dampened our experience. the heating wasn't great, it felt a bit chilly inside and we had to keep our jackets on.
